lol well ive given up on the skins and avatars for now. Last night i spent 4 hours working.............its my first creation in SL and i think it turned out good. Still not completely finished with the armor. Its a work in progress. i only ran into one problem while creating the spikes on my shoulders and legs. For example, i create a regualr pyramid shaped cone, how do i make it curve........hmmm. If im not to clear about this im gonna do a rough sketch in paint lol. the pic is at the bottom. I would take some screen shots of my char with his armor on but i cant. Im at school lol and cant conect to the SL server through my schools restrictions on connecting to out side servers lol. When i get home from school i will try and take some screen shots and post them here for everyone to enjoy. If you like you can buy =) I am in desperate need of money and i will sell at real cheep price since its my first time creation of armor (I popped my cherry lol). really unique. But i am confident that i have the hang of creating objects in the game and if anyone finds a pic of some armor on the net like some knight armor or some samurai armor or any armor you like, contact me in SL and u can send the pic via e-mail and i will do my damndest to replicate your armor in SL. Im always up for a challenge. remember to check back here around 4pm eastern standard time US and i will have pics of my armor.

Hey Valiant, I should be online tonight, and if you want I can give ya some help. Had experience with making armors. Actually that's pretty much all I've done so far is make armors. Need to start somthing else... Hrm... Maybe a remake of the FF9 airship...

Valiant, in the future, please NEVER EVER EVER post a bitmap to the forums. They are not designed for the web so they take forever to load, even on broadband. Use .jpeg or .gif only. Also, paragraphs and complete sentences would be nice. With hundreds of threads to choose from, most people will skip over the ones that are difficult to read. Anyway, now that that's out of the way, if you want help creating that shape (not that it's possible to tell what it's suppused to be from that simple line drawing), find me in world and I'll show you how. I'm usually at my place in the NW corner of Indigo. Primitive as SL's modeling tools are, I have yet to see an object that can't be replicated.
