If you are referring to the default clothing that the 'new' avatars load up with upon thier first arrival in world - that all should be in the 'library' section of your inventory. All of the 'default' items are stored there, whether you want them, or not.
If that's not what you are asking about - could you be a bit more specific? Perhaps you mean the newbie $L1 store in Phobos?
