Hi There I have managed to design a few Tshirts and want to start trying to sell them. I have found an affordable pitch ( 15 prim limit) but need advice of the west way of presenting my goods (cant afford an expensive vendor). Also what are the best restrictions to have on the clothes as the moment I have them as Mod, Trans, No Copy is this a good choice? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated, you may even get a free tshirt although they are for rather a Niche market

I have had trouble profiting from my Tshirts when I rent storespaces.. basically because the store rents make it impossible to profit. The tshirts sell, but the only profit I make is at my land, where the space is free.
The two options I suggest either to offer a trade proposal.. IE, you get the storespace for free in exchange for something you're doing for them. or offer a consignment agreement to storeowners... IE, you put up your designs in a section of a big store, and work out a payment agreement based on your sales.
contact me in world, I'll be happy to give you some free store space at my place.

Doubledown's advice is good, and if you search well there are indeed quite a few deals you can work out to get your stuff out there for free. Personally, I've never had any luck at all selling my stuff at other people's locations. The best advice I can give you is open up your own space as soon as you are able to. But start small, and expand from there. It is that much easier to market when you have your own space instead of on someone else's If you want store space on the mainland for that, see if you can find a club or other high-traffic venue that caters to your niche and see if you can find space somewhere in that area. Otherwise, estate commercial zones are also a good option. EDIT: Sorry, I have a thing for going off-topic. The best way to present your goods is really upto the goods you are presenting. Think of, if you were a customer, how you would like them presented. And always make sure it's easy to find specific items.

Xavier, if you plan on selling your tshirts through a vendor, there are some free vendors so you won't have to invest in an expensive system. I don't use vendors myself so I can't recommend any specific system, but you can always ask in the "Products wanted" forum. Also if you are selling only a few tshirts, consider setting them up in individual boxes for sale. Many people don't like clicking through vendors, with boxes you give them a good overview of your products.
Product presentation tip: to make good snapshots, use Force Sun -> Sunrise (or sunset) to get good, even lighting and turn your avatar so they face the sun. Take your snapshots in front of an even, white background (or contrasting color if the tshirt is white) to avoid having unrelated and distracting elements (like the neighbor's backyard) in the photo. If you decide to post-process the pics in Photoshop (to add a logo or permissions info or whatever), go lightly on the special effects - the image should present and sell the tshirt, not your PS skills.
