This forum is for advice on making your own textures, not for asking where to buy them. However, I'll give you a quick answer. Go to Textures-R-Us, and look for my TRU Tropical Building Set for one source. (Note - do a search for "Textures-R-Us" in-world, as it seems I need to update the link to the TRU store is in my sig.)
If you are only making the item for your own use, and can accept a non-transferrable option, Sally Seattle also sells some very good but strictly no-transfer bamboo textures, intended to go with her Tiki buildings products. Do a search for her name or for "Tiki" in-world.
