Is making a tee shirt the same as making a maternity one? Would you do anything differently or is it just a shirt adjusted? Sorry if it sounds silly! Thaks for your time!

Generally speaking, a T-shirt (or any other SL clothes that are not prims) will streach to generally match your shape. If you happen to be wearing a "pregnant" shape, a T-shirt still fits. However, the amount of distortion in the tummy area might make it worth makiing a specific "Maternity" version, if there is a pattern or image on the tummy.
