Any Hakama textures out there that I could use? Any help is appreciated been looking for awhile and no luck but Ive seen other people with them on.

Since you're looking to acquire a texture made by someone else, go post in Products Wanted. That's what it's there for. Notice its description says, "Looking for a certain object, script, etc? Post your request here."
Had you been looking to learn how to make such a texture, yourself, then this would have been the place. That's why the name of this forum is Texturing Tips, not Shop Here For Textures and why it's description says "Discuss techniques, ask questions about using Second Life clothing templates and texturing tools," not "Shop here for textures". This forum is for education, not shopping.
