its ok i IM'ed him b4 u posted, and gave him a public invisiprim As nice as it was of you to do that, Ross, next time, please answer here first. When you IM'ed him privately, you helped him and only him. Had you answered the question here, you would have helped thousands of other people who had the same question. The overwhelming majority of forum users (ANY forum, not just this one) read, but never post. Please keep them in mind, always, when responding to questions. Anyway, Magnus, so you know, and invisiprim is only one way to go. The other way would be to use an animation to bend the leg at the knee, so that the lower leg and foot are hidden inside the upper leg. For a simple thing like a peg leg, the animation is often the better way to go, since invisiprims come with side effects. Stand in front of an alpha-textured wall while wearing an invisiprim, for example, and you put a hole in the wall. Stand close to another avatar, and you make part of that avatar disappear along with your leg. With an animation, you'll never have those problems. My rule of thumb on this is use animations wherever you can. Use invisiprims only when the hiding needs are outside of what animations can do. _____________________

There's a peg-leg in avatar toolbox's freebies. Should be free perms.
