Ok I posted this in the general forum not knowing there was a texture forum and it got deleted....at leas that is my guest since it doesn't show up under my posts.

Is there a way to move a whole folder of textures from the library to the inventory texture folder without having to drag them one by one.

and if you move it from the library to the texture folder how long will it stay there before being ripped out of my texture folder and thrown back into the library against my wishes?

Thanks!

Not being in world to try it step by step I believe you can open the textures in your library, select the top one, hold shift and select the bottom one then right click on them and either copy or cut then go down to a new folder where you wish to place them and paste. If that doesnt work IM me and I'll recheck when I get home. :(

Another handy way to do this kind of thing is to open two inventory windows. I'm doing this from memory since I'm not logged in so I might get the menu names wrong... at the top of the edit window go to file/create new window. That will give you a second inventory window. You can you drag and drop individual files or whole folders between them. It's a huge timesaver :)

After they are highlighted you right click and copy. This copies all of the highlighted files. Then to go the folder you want the copies to go and right click and paste.
