Ive never found any decent ones. Maybe easier to make them in photoshop - possible a plain white layer with a bit of noise and, possibly, blur. Upload it and add a little colour and transparency in the edit menu.

Thats assuming you have photoshop, sorry.

if you apply it to an object, click texture, click colour and choose a colour. Outcome depends on the original colour

the best way would be to open it up in photoshop or paint shop pro if you don't have either of those you can get PhotoFiltre (free version available) open and using hue/saturation change the colour.

If you do that, you'll end up with something much more reminiscent of a plaster ceiling than a frosted glass window. For frosted glass, I'd suggest you use the actual frosted glass filter. Photoshop does have one. Here's how:

1 Set the foreground color to white, and the background to a dark gray.

2. Filter -> Render -> Clouds

3. Filter -> Distort -> Glass...

4. In the Glass filter dialog, set the texture to Frosted. The sliders are pretty self explanatory. Adjust them to set the look you want, and click OK.

There you go, very convincing frosted glass in about 5 seconds. From there, you can add transparency and colorization either in Photoshop or from within SL.

You can also get good results with the Plastic Wrap filter, either instead of, or in additon to, the Glass filter. Give it a try. Filter -> Artistic -> Plastic Wrap

Put your frosted glass texture on one side of the window prim and put an opaque texture on the other side.
