Fully transparent texture

Im trying to do somthing stealth and im looking to make a transparent texture but when i upload it it goes white. I looked at another thread but im using Paint Shop Pro and i can only save to a max of 24 bit. Wot can i do to be able to make the texture fully transparent?

You need an texture that is nothing but an alpha channel, Yuri. I'm not sure how to do that in Paintshop Pro since I use Photoshop, but I'll drop a transparent texture on you in-world and then you can finish your project, at least.
