Clothes on Hangers

I want to use this sort of display in my store, and so far I'm stumped on the best way to do it. When I snap a picture of the clothing worn, the shape is all wrong. Ditto for using the flat template.
I've seen some items look beautiful hanging on hangers, how is it best done?

Most designers who use this method use a simple standing pose - just a T pose or a standing with legs together, arms by the side, perfectly neutral pose, snap the shot in a black skin against a black background, and then cut it out in their graphics editor and paste in a picture of a clothing hanger. Merge it all together, done.
