Hi everyone! I just posted a new PS tutorial that shows how to quickly, easily. and accurately turn a piece of Black and White line art into whatever-color-you-want art on a transparent background. It only works with clean drawings, so if your image isn't clean you'll have to do that first. (Use the Levels to make the White really White, and the Black really Black, and erase any stray marks or grunge that's left over.) But assuming that the drawing is clean, this technique takes only a few seconds to turn it into nice clean art on transparency; perfect for making brushes, making tattoos, putting art on t-shirts, and all that kind of stuff. (Don't forget that you can also use Styles and things on the art, now that the background is transparent, to get all kinds of really cool effects.) Hope it helps!

Robin-- Excellent. Thank you very much for writing this tutorial. FYI: You have a typo in the 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph of your tutorial (my guess is you meant to use 'ever' but instead used 'even'): From: someone Have you even had a piece of black and white line art,... Nice addition to your growing list of awesome tutorials --Trevor Langdon

Ooops! Thanks, Trevor! I'll go take care of that right away. And thanks, both of you. I'm glad that you enjoyed it.
