One more t-shirt question

was wondering how you can make muscle definition into a t-shirt?

The muscle definition is painted on using layers and multiply or color burn for shading and overlay or color dodge for the highlights.

I use the Topography Guide from Chip Midnight to place them in the proper areas of the body.

You can also search in the thread about Photoshop tricks and such for some great information as well, or search this forum for highlights and shading.

There are many ways to do this, but I think you'll find some good information covering the basic in this forum alone.
