Brand new to txtures and need help

Hi,

I am quite new to SL and totally new to textures.

What I would like to know is:

1. Can I design textures in PSP?
2. How do I get the texture into SL

I hope you can help with these I think very basic problems.

also is there a site with detailed tutorials on creating and building?

yes, you can do it in psp. and it's really easy to upload it into sl, but it does cost L$10 per upload. hit ctl+u when you're logged on. this will bring up an upload menu. select the file you want to upload, and voila. definitely preview it before you upload it. that should help you see anything you want to change before you pay the L$10.

for building, i would recommend going to the ivory tower in game. it's a hands-on tutorial that will walk you through the building basics.
