Through what is obviously an oversight LL's intention to make capes and revamp the hair mesh have become apparent. In the most resent build (1.7.4(6)) 16 new assets were included in the "viewerart.ini". Most notably a few examples of cape textures and edited snapshots of them applied to the yet to be released cape mesh.
