I'm a graphic designer that's just starting to foray into clothing design within SL. I'm currently using Chip Midnight's templates (which are bloody brilliant, I love that man), but I often notice that there ARE shirts in the game that are longer than the defined template guidelines, reaching down into the lower body area, but they are effectively on the shirt level.
This may seem like a really simple question, but how can I produce those longer in length (or untucked shirts)?

use the jacket slot but beware you are then working in two pieces or use the skirt slot there will be some flair and again you are working in two pieces

You'll notice on the Lower Body Template on the Length Guide where it says "Lower Jacket Range"...that's the bottom half of the longer shirts (or jackets even!). So you'll make your shirt on the Upper Body Template, then continue it on the Lower Body Template. When you go into Appearances you'll also notice that there are Two windows for the Jacket option: an upper and lower. This is where you'll combine the two to make one long shirt. Best, ~Ari

Thank you both very much for the responses.
I noticed in Edit Appearances that there was only one fabric slot for t-shirts and mistakenly recalled some of my longer shirts to be on the shirt level. After reading your responses, I've checked and they are on the jacket level, you're completely correct. Thank you again for the speedy responses and I do feel just a bit silly, but hey, question answered!
