Does anyone know how to make a fabric that I have in my inventory available to photoshop?

You can open the texture from your inventory and use FILE to save it to your hard drive. It will save as a small .tga file. You can then apply it to a template in photoshop. You can also create your own textures or search the web for free use textures.
