Clothing as attachments

I have made some bikinis and i was wanting to know, how i can make say, a skirt to go OVER the bikini bottom? I've made the bikini bottoms as pants so ya lol, can i do it as a skirt? just make new skirt? also, i heard about flexi? where can i get that and how?

Long shirts that overhang the waist can be done as a jacket or as a top and skirt combination. If you don't need it to extend below the crotch then a jacket is the best way to go. If you need it longer then go with a top and skirt combo. Either way you'll need to use two textures.

Flexi is an attributed that can be turned on for box and cone prims. Create one, right click it and select edit, then go to the "features tab" to enable it. Making clothing items from flexi prims is challenging though because you can't choose where the anchor point is.
