Okay, I have two problems that I would like someone to help me with, I have trouble getting wrinkles to look "crisp" and edgy, mine always look flat or too fake looking until I blur them out, clothing is not my strongest area in designing as I have made hair much longer, but I would like to get better.

Also I have a problem with shaping clothing, I'v been told to use the pen tool to make neck lines and the overall shape, but I can only seem to make boring round neck lines and it just doesn't look natural.

If you have any tips & tricks you could pass on, even if it's not on the two subjects above, I'd really appreciate any knowledge you can share.

Thank's in advance!

Shading, folds, and wrinkles are very common topics in this forum..... and probably the hardest things to learn. They take an incredible amount of patience and practice. I suggest that you do a search of the forum archives using any one of those terms as a keyword. You'll get loads of suggestions. To get your search off to a good start, take a look at /109/14/330716/1.html, which lays out the technical and philosophical challenge better than I ever could.

The pen tool, on the other hand, is a very easy thing to learn to use. When the tool is in "Pen Tool" mode, you click to create anchor points on a potential curve. As you create each successive point, you'll see that it it connected to the last one by a straight line segment. To create a neckline, set as many anchor points as you want, finishing by clicking the first point you created. Then, change the tool to the Convert Point Tool, click on any one of the anchor points, and drag on it to change the shape of the line segments on either side of it. When you have done that with each anchor point and have made a pleasing neckline, click anywhere inside the neckline and choose "Make Selection." You can then use Edit >> Clear to remove that area from the layer mask you are creating to shape your garment.
