To find aiprlane textures that someone may have available your best bet is to post in the products wanted forum. To learn how to make your own textures you need to ask much more specific questions. Do you have a paint program and know how to use it? Have you experimented with applying textures to objects in SL and do you understand the basics of the way textures wrap around and conform to primitives in SL (UV mapping). Lots of people will be happy to help answer your questions but you're going to have to help us help you.

Apart from being the wrong forum - don't you think just a little explanation of what you want might be helpful - you may have a clear idea of what airplane textures are but no-one else has!

Maybe you mean textures of component parts of airplanes that will assist you in building your own airplane - if so what type? Jumbo Jet, Spitfire, Bi-plane... Or maybe you are looking for textures with pictures of airplanes, again, what type? Your favourite picture search engine is the obvious answer here...

asking for "All Plane and Chopper Scripts" that disintegrated into "anything" to do with them.

A little more explanation of what you need would be very helpful. Also, at one point that forum had a "How To Get What You Want" sort of guide, what happened to that? It would clear up a lot of the problems people like Ross are having.

Anyways, I don't have any texture tips for you, other than if you don't have a graphics program yet, get one, play around with it, draw what you want, and upload it. If you have the artistic ability (you'll have it now even if you don't have the software ability), you should be able to come up with something that satisfies you. As for what graphics program, for cheap and limited usage, MS Paint. For a more robust program, look at Photoshop, Paint Shop, The Gimp, or any other program mentioned in these threads.

Otherwise, go back to products wanted, clarify what you want, and wait and see.
