Hi Everyone,
I have just started messing with making T shirts. I bought some wrinkled tee shirt templates off os SLX. I followed the directions, and have them on my pc. My question is, how do I edit a TGA if it is locked? Thank you for your help!

I'm not sure what you mean by "locked" in this context? Can you explain further?

It comes up as a backround and is locked. I am not sure how to edit, change color, etc.

In the layers palette you will see the layer listed as background. Double click the layer in the pallette and a pop up menu will appear so you can make it into a new layer. Name your layer and you are away.

Also, get a copy of Robin Wood's FREE T-shirt template at http://www.robinwood.com/Catalog/Technical/SL-Tuts/SLTutSet.html and work with it for a little while. Not only is a nice, easy to use template, it is based on the avatar templates that we all use for making clothing in SL. Playing with it will familiarize you with how to place lettering or designs effectively on the avatar torso.
