Correct

I think using them on your AV is fine, and most things in SL. I think the main thing to do is stay away from selling them or using them to make money.

I am trying to come up with a list of textures I have found online, and will post them as I get it together.

My interpretation

I suppose that statement could be interpreted many ways. My interpretation is this:

You can use the textures to enhance a product of your own design that you then sell. I believe they would not want you to sell the texture outright as a texture. Someone that is nice enough to create textures and offer them up for gernal use is encouraging creativity, and it is my suspicion that that spirit applies here. : )

I'm not sure how you get that from "non-commercial." When I hear that phrase, I think it means that I can make items for my own av or even freebies, but I can't sell items I make with the textures.

I guess the way to clarify this would be to contact the creator.

non commercial

Kyushu is correct.

I did some research on this topic over the last couple of months
I was concerned as I sell textures now.

The Non Commercial tag especially if not accompanied by any
exceptions mean non commercial in any way.

The full definition usually says prohibited in whole or in part.
Often accompanied by a a request from the creator to write them
for permission.

So this page is unique in that there is so little info there.
So it may be worthwhile to contact them.
