prim puff on my skirt I made

Hello, I have a furry prim border on a skirt, and I've been wondering if there is a trick to making the prim look right when you sit - now i tried different places, pelvis, stomach, and one or the other hip, but i havent had much luck. Now, putting it on the hip did make it sit right, of course, but, then it looked funny walking. If anyone has a hint for me - I would appreciate it - It's the one outfit I have that's giving me fits right now.
