Okay, I have totally figured out how to do this....but in black only. Can anyone tell me how I can possibly change the color of the border color in the texture? If this can be done, I can make every color of fishnets known to man. Please help if you know how or have any suggestions! Thank you so much!

Sure, you can colorize it using Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation and make sure the Colorize Box is Checked.

That's the easiest way. If you have already created a Tga file, the open it up again and Use the Hue/Saturation method (use the colorize box if it's black). If the image is already in a color (like blue jeans), and you want them in a different color, simply slide the Hue back and forth until you get the desired color.

Hope that helps,
Mad

2nd Method:
  1. Set your foreground color to the color you want.
  2. Select the layer you want to recolor in your layers panel.
  3. While holding down the CTRL key clcik on the layer thumbnail
  4. You will see dancing ants around the image.
  5. Now hit ALT + ENTER
  6. This will change the layer color to the foreground color you selected.
  7. Hot CTRL + D to deselect the layer.
Hope that helps too!
Mad

Or just leave it white, and let people tint it in-world, so they can have whatever color they want. :D

Are you sure that's the way Mad? I am using Paint Shop Pro, not PhotoShop and the menus don't match up.

BUT OMG WAIT! HOLD ON LET ME TRY SOMETHING.....

(5 MINUTES LATER)

THANKS SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU BOTH SAID MAD AND ROBIN!!!!

It clicked with me what you said Mad, about changing the hue and saturation, nd Robin about keeping them white.

I went looking around the "ADJUST" dorp down and also then when I was looking around I made the tile border white (negative image) making the black netting white! Then I flood filled the white netting with the color I wanted! YES! I AM GETTING A HANG OF THIS THING!! LOL Anyway, they steps you gave may not hae been in correct sequence, or maybe not even for the program that I use, but it sure helped me figure it out!
