Hello,

I have designed and imported a skin of a torso and a head. Both of which seemed very pale. I found out that I couldn't change the colour with the scroll bar. I found out that if I made my torso as an undershirt I could easily make it any colour that I wished with the colour/tint option. Obviously I would now like to change the colour of the head also. Is there any way at all to do this? I am fine if it is complicated, or if I need to buy something.

Hope someone can help, thanks.

There's no way to do it from within SL unless the skin tattoo is semi transparent. What I'd recommend is simply re-tiniting the skin in Photoshop. If you use a color overlay on the flattened image at a low opacity, it will have the same functionality as the color slider in SL. Just use the same overlay for all 3 skin elements.

Before you do that though, I'd suggest viewing the skin as is on your av under diferent lighting conditions, especially id you have local lighting turned on. If you were standing in an area with a lot of lights, it could very well look pale even though it's not really. Look at it at night, in daylight, in an area with lights, and in an empty area before making final judgment.

It is very pale, others have told me that also. Well If I created/bought a tight mask I could edit it and add the texture and color/tint. Or I could just edit it in photoshop, though that would leave me with only one result, I could always upload more colours but it would cost me. It would be nice to be whatever colour I wish whenever I feel like it.

You can judge for yourself with this picture.
