ok I have a simple question, I heard that you could pull textures out of world on to your pc, is this a lie, or the truth, and if you can do it, how do I?

If you have modify permissions on the texture, double click it in your inventory to view it, and then go File -> Save Texture As...
And before someone jumps on and says it, yes, there are ways to steal the texture, even if you don't have permission. Please, no one share them. Respect copyright. Thank you.
