The goal have four objects, three small cylinder an another bigger to make the web, i use an alpha texture for the front side of the web, but cannot acces to the inner side of it, and cannot use any texture on it. Hollow the prim. This will give you new surfaces inside the "net".

Should also add that hollowing it will remove the side edges, so you'll need to make new ones. Unhollowed copies of the net you have now thinned down and placed at each end should do it.

You can texture the inside face of your net when it's hollow. As it is now, if you placed a texture on the front face, it'd fall down between the posts - it's a solid quarter tube. Hollowed, though, will affect both 'side' edges as it runs all the way through the tube, so if you want to keep them, you will need other objects to make both sides.
Just play with a copy of that shape you have, hollowing it and adding textures to each face (there's a 'select face' button in your edit window). Your side pieces can just be thin, unhollowed versions of the original prim placed at each edge.
