I've just started makng skins, and I have been playing with photorealistic textures. When uploading the first one to try it out, I noticed I didn't have the eyes aligned perfectly, and some of the eye in the picture (which I hadn't removed) was showing on the eyelids/lashes. So I made a small adjustment and blackened out the eye. When I uploaded again, the lashes are showing as a skin tone. How can I fix this or is there information I can get on the breakdown of how to read these templates correctly?
Regards

I wrote a skintutorial on eyes that might help: http://olilas-secondlife.com/2008/11/tutorials/skin-tutorial-part-6-eyes/When it comes to eyelashes... In the top right corner of the templates you can see the part where the eyelashes are. The easiest way to fix your problem is to make this part transparent (you have to save the texture as TGA with Alpha Channel or as PNG) Check the picture! Good Luck!
