WANTED - Car Builder

I am looking for someone to design and build me two or three different cars, either sports or luxury type, I want the cars with full copy/mod/ transfer and will pay a fair price for the design and work to refflect the full permissions. The cars need to look good and be driveable but other than that do not need to be too feature rich.
