Clothes for Implants

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but since I'm fairly new to the forums I thought I'd ask. I was wondering if there is a way to make your own outfits for the various big implants around SL. More specifically the ones from Implant nation. I've work with some tops etc, but I can't seem to get them to stretch that much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The implants are prims, so any clothing needs to either be on the prim (the implant) itself as a texture or another prim entirely.

thanks for the response. As I said I'm pretty new to the prims and making clothing department, but I should have known that. I will just have to play around with it some more. Thanks again.
