Howdy,
I am hoping to get some feedback on an issue I am having in PS cs3/
I had not had any issues with it and use it daily.. then.... yesterday I started PS up and was frozen with not responding... I waited cause well sometimes it does do that but nothing... This went on after rebooting my pc ... it just hangs and I get not responding..
Ok, so I uninstall.. (I didnt deactivate cause I could not get into help) reinstalled... same thing... not responding.... So I removed my bamboo pen drivers and uninstalled the softwate (I read that could cause issues) same thing... so I uninstalled it again and resinstalled... It "looked" like it might work, but as soon as I hoovered over the menues... "not responding"......
I am at a loss of what to do..... I have read all night and most of yesterday and tried several things, including deleting preference files.. there was discussion on installing generic postscript drivers but when I do try to do that... well I get this mystery box and it fails..
I realize I should post this in the photoshop forums, but looking over that.... the entries are like from 2006 or something and I have no idea if anyone can help except to suggest the postscript drivers for printer and uninstal/reinstall etc...(which I have done)
I do have 7.0 and today I have been using this...
(oh I did install itunes for a new ipod santa gave me, and PS worked before that actually)
Anyway, I have paid for brushes that will only work in cs33 and I just MUST get it working again... Please if you can offer any suggestions.......
