Rotation of attachments

I was trying to make a bracelet last night, but when I attached it to my wrist it was always rotated incorrectly in relation to my wrist. I fiddled with the rotation values on the prim, and they looked ok when the object was on the ground, but each time I attached it it went back to the old orientation. I'm sure I've seen av's with similar attachments. Anyone any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

you should be able to rotate it while it's on your wrist.

It's difficult to grab, but select it for editing while on your wrist, then hold down CTRL.

You should then get the three rotate rings around it, and that'll help you get it lined up.

Have fun,

Sio
