I've been making some nail polish. What I need to know is how do u put the shine on it to make it shiny? I am using ps cs2

Unless I am misunderstanding your question, judicious application of white and off white in several layers so you can judge the amount desired, will give the illusion of shiny, same as to make latex textures believable.

You can google "Photoshop tutorial shine" or something similar... there are loads of great tutorials on the web, and looking at several of them will give you different ideas how to get the effect you want.
