Getting Annoyed - Halo or Light Border issue.

Ok so here I am making a top... I've never had this halo/border issue on any of my designs before so i'm not sure what to say... Anyway, here's a screen shot of the top in question, now. I can see a whitish yellowish border all the way around the top half of it. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this.

Yup. That's the white halo that someone asks about at least once a month in this forum. Read through the sticky thread on Alpha and Transparency at the top of this forum for a selection of standard ways to fix it, or do a search through the forum archives for "white halo." We had a thread on the topic earlier this week, even.
