Is there any way to apply different texture params to every face of a single prim?

For example, if I have a box and want to use different offsets and repeats for every face, is it possible?

Sure. Click the "select textures" radio button, then click on the face you want to texture. You might need to click on something else to unselect the entire prim before selecting one face. When you have one face selected you will see a white circle pattern on that face. Then texturing works the same. I understand when you have select textures radio button on you can also drag and drop textures on single faces from inventory.

Yes use the select texture button on the edit object window. Click on the side you wish to texture. Any changes made to that side will not effect the others.

One exception. The inside of a hollowed prim is only a single surface. So if you have a hollowed box prim and want all four INSIDE faces different, you must use a custom texture with 4 different textures aligned in a row, like a strip of film, and carefully adjust the repeats and horizontal offset to make it just right. So a 256 high by 1024 wide texture, divided into 4 and applied to the inside, could give the effect of a different 256 x 256 texture on each inside face of the box prim.

Second exception: Sculpties. All one contiguous surface as of this posting. Because LL chose the sphere as the ultimate base of the sculpties, you only have one outter surface. And since you can't hollow it or cut it (the sculptie), you really only have one texture for the prim.
