Lack of coordinate info in "Search"

Beginning last night, I suddenly lost any coordinate info when invoking the Search function. That is, when I do a search, in any category, I no longer recieve information about the location of the place or store or whatever like I used to, such as RegionName 123, 121, 120. All I get now (except for the "Events" category) is "Traffic" and "Area" information. This, of course, does me no good as far as teleporting there. I have looked to see if there is something that got changed in Preferences, but cannot find anything. Any ideas?

I have no ideas. It is working normally for me.

You might ask about this in Live Help, of course file a bug report. There's an upgrade tomorrow, maybe the problem will go away.

I asked Live Help, the onduty Linden had not heard of the problem as of 8:49 SLT and said they would ask around. Teeple Linden should contact you as a result of my Live Help inquiry.

Might call support if it persists, the number is on the support page.

Sorry I can't do better than that.

Ouch! Per our inworld chat, please do a full uninstall and reinstall of the SL client, and let's see if that gets you immediate relief.

Meanwhile, I've flagged this for investigation. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience :( Please do let me know via IM if a reinstall doesn't clear the issue.

Thanks to SuezanneC for the heads-up!

Suezanne and Teeple,

Thanks for looking into this. I waited until today to get the new download, and when I opened up the program the problem was fixed. I have no idea what got skewed, but the update took care of it. Thanks for your attention to the problem!
