Right. The blacklist is still being developed, But I can be useful in evenings and this weekend. If you need someone to deal with those damned greifer punks causing trouble at events, PM or IM me in-world. I need to test collaborative security and deployment, which may require deeding an object to land.
How We Deal With Greifers - Eject/Ban from parcel using land interface devices. - If they return and/or actively attack, we will... resort to other means. - Ask all involved to file an AR, and ask Live Help for assistance. There's a demand for security, right? I mean, if you build it, they will come, right?

There's a demand for security, right? I mean, if you build it, they will come, right? If I were an event host, I sure wouldn't hire someone to grief the griefers. That's stooping to their level and giving them what they want, and likely to get you in trouble along with them. Unlike you, they've got nothing to lose, and probably think it'd be a blast if you fought back. Just sayin'.

Just sayin'. Burke's security system isn't about that.. My own land isn't big enough to require a subscription to the service, but I know people who could benefit from it, and from what I've read in other threads, it sounds pretty good.

Uhm...Why would I pay someone else to do all this when I can just as easily do it all myself? What exactally is it that you are offering that I don't already have?

Countergriefing at no risk to the client.
I approve, Burke. And would be happy to help.

Yesterday I was *this* close to giving a snappy remark, then the forums timed out. And I figured maybe I should hold my tongue, and see if I still felt the same later. I do. I've had a bad week that culminated yesterday. What do I have that, it would appear, most residents and venue operators don't... A CLUE!!!!
Not that I'm saying you're clueless. Just that, well. There are people already prepped for the job. And you're already busy running the event. it'd be nice to have one or two peeps on hand to eject greifers or unwanted people, should the event arise. Especially in places where you seem to have two or three showing up all the time.

Not really. Since all the bitching about greifers, scammers, and the pleas for help are in General. I suppose I should have posted elsewhere, and I might in a future thread. But for now, I vote we create a 'Petty Bitching & Whining' forum and move all other General topics on the first five pages there. Including this one.
