Resetting Avatar things

TWICE in the last 2 weeks I have been out wasting my secondlife FISHING at the Neo-Realms sites and each time I have left to teleport home only to find I get the TP timeout that trashes me to destop!

This is all well and good since the other 10 times I fished this never happened.

The problem is that these TWO times I logged back in after having to WAIT for my Avatar to leave the area and find the last 1 hour of my time is lost and any score I got etc. has been wound back.

What is the story here? Like SL is crashing 3-4x more than ever and now this crap is basically forcing item loss from a simple failed Teleport?
Apart from the fact that my Girlfriend was at home in our Sim and wasn't affected at all.
Funny thing is SL still "remembered" to take the MONEY for the bait I had paid for!

Now this may not be SL losing the fishing points but I think the crash ratio increase has a little to do with the failed teleports and 10 minute logins we seem to be experiencing. I sure hope the next patch IS a patch and not some new "improvements" we really won't notice until THEY crash us some more.

Like the closing edit windows in the wrong order crash that STILL exists since version 1.8xx

Hmm, I know that money is dealt with per sim, and objects are in the asset server (?). I'd try clearing your cache in the preferences window, and/or reinstalling SL. If that doesn't fix it I'd post about it in the Tech help forums. Hope this helps!

Hi Redwood:
The fishing rods are a persistent state item, but we've had problems in the past after SL updates and sim crashes of fishing rods "rolling back" to previous states. Be sure to type "/1save" before you leave fishing to save your current rod stats off-world on our server. That way if you crash and lose your stuff again I can reset it for you.
