I was out flying my new "Sim Racar Hybrid" way up high and ran in to some wall, or the $%#@ red ban lines, and my cam go's nuts so I had to log out. I get back in world and try to fined my Sim Racar. but it is not showing up on the minmap, and I just can not fined it at all. I have a copy so all is good there. But it some one fineds it on there land thay may thank I am some griefer so I need to fined it. what is a good way to fined stuff you have lost if the minmap is not showing it? with all the griefing going on now I do not what to be on that list. lol 
Edit: lost in a sim called november. so maybe it will show up some time in November. lol

Do what I don't. Anytime I find ban lines blocking me from somewhere on my flight path. I fly up to a great height, drop physics enabled prim turds all over teh build, then send an IM apologising for dropping my prims, and saying I'd love to clean up but I can'tbecause of their ban lines.

I got stuck between two parcels that were using some push enabled ban device last night, they were bouncing me in between eachother, I finally was able to rez a prim wall I could bounce off of as I didn't want to tp out. All I was doing was exploring the land around a friends new club. BTW no warnings (You need to move off this land in 15 seconds) or "Floaty red tape" was evident from what I could see. This was a new one for me... If i had these physics enabled turds you speak of I would have dumped all over those two parcels. Its one thing to defend your home and the security of same, quite another to purposely make life difficult for anyone in PROXIMITY of your land. IMHO these people are just as bad if not worse than griefers. At least I can usually see a griefer coming. |

I'd take it as a not-so-polite warning that red tape and overzealous security scripts are annoying and might as well be griefing.
No wait, scratch that. Unless they were self replicating prim turds, i'd see the mess, probably get a laugh, and a WTF?, then i'd pull up land options and return everything that belongs to you.

Make sure the prims are all labeled 'turd." It's embarrassing to be at a paty and pull out something you think is something else (oh yes, I didn't have a chance to name it - it's just called object) and prim turds suddenly appear.

Just turn on your mini map and fly around the sim. If you get within 30m (don't quote me on the exact distance) of something you own it will show up as bright teal on your mini-map.
