1. For three years we have had an ineffective ban tool which could be circumvented by a griefer flying over the top. People have been complaining about it all this time.

2. Unverified registration is permitted.

3. The ban tool height is increased. However, because of 2. this is now utterly ineffective in preventing griefing.

I really think I've had more than my recommended daily dose of irony.
