I intend to ride my exercise bycicle for 25 mi ~= 40km until next Sunday.
If by this time next Sunday I haven’t accomplished this goal, I will pay L$1,000 to Jadey and the first four people who replied to her blog.

I’ve been trying to shed those pesky pounds and get fit so I can gorge on turkey without guilt

A way that my family does it is by using pedometers… an average adult should be walking at least 10,000 steps a day, the pedometer is great to see how fit (or not!) we are… we see who can chalk up the most steps a week and they get to wrestle the remote off my father for one night.

Just documenting the starting position on the counter. Yes, I really rode all of those 1200 kilometers but lately i've been slacking

I don't have any pictures, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Today's results are on the blog: 4 miles (Google says that's 6.437376 kilometers), 41:32. 21 to go! My running playlist is posted on the blog as well.

I got 5km done... will do another 5 in a bit

I have 8 miles down. Planning one five mile run and two six mile runs before the end of the week to meet my goal.
