Ok, something I don't understand here. I find it hard to believe someone is willing to buy something without buying the demo first especially when it is a skin. I would never buy a car without test driving it first. So I put it right in the title **please buy demo first** and it still happens. Do I need a bigger sign explaining why to buy the demo first? The item is no transfer, so it can't be returned. It is also clear on the photo that the item is no transfer and Copy with checkmark over it.
I just to be sure that a customer is completely happy with something first.

There isn't a lot more you can do, apart from making the signs even bigger, or perhaps having a vendor that refuses the first payment and says "STOP! HAVE YOU TRIED THE DEMO YET? IF SO, PAY ME AGAIN TO GET THE PRODUCT! OTHERWISE TRY THE BLOODY DEMO!"

You could make it mandatory to buy the demo first.

I think you should make and market that vendor, with that exact phrasing.

Nooo to mandatory! I don't buy demos unless I'm buying from someone for the first time, but if I like their skins or their hair, i will keep buying, because I already know it will fit me okay or I'll have to rotate this or z-axis that. After a certain point of returning to a designer, demos are just annoying clutter. All you can do is have a sign and if someone fucks THAT up, then it's their own problem and they don't deserve their L$. Call it a stupidity tax.
