Offline IMs still hosed?

I seem to be getting emails about them all, but sometimes when I log in I see them in the IM window, sometimes I don't. I'm guessing I'm not the only one who is still seeing this?

I haven't received offline IM's since the last 'upgrade'. I have to now have them sent to my email and I don't seem to get all of those either...
