I have two alts I want to get rid of and one account that I've decided to stick with. I need to renew my membership but for the life of me can't figure out how. I have my credit card details in already as well as paypal, but when I try to use paypal it says this...
An error occurred while processing you request.
• The use of this PayPal account has been restricted.
I'm not really sure what to do to get my account enabled again.

Also call support: From: someone We have toll-free support lines staffed during our office hours: 9am-6pm PST, Monday through Friday (we are shrinking our hours just a bit in anticipation of more extensive live phone service in the near future).
