(NALP) Not Another L$ Problem Thread

Just thought it might be fun to post some everyday quotes from the threads that now make up 99% of the land and economy forum:

I don't think this sort of behaviour is unique to discussion about the economy.

If SL has taught me anything, it's that having a clue is not requisite to having an opinion.

The falling Linden equals no more content will get made.

End of dwell means no more content will get made.

(something else) means no more content will get made.

Stipends are the root of the economic problems.

This is just sniping by the forum communists.

Too bad about the no new content. I have not seen anything really new in a long time. It is just the same old stuff.

Why cant these so called "creative" people come up with natural wearing hair? Mine makes me look like a hedgehog" when looking down. I still can get hair the way mine looks.

When LL make change unfavourable to others, but not to the poster: "That's just the free market, stop relying on handouts."

When LL make change unfavourable to the poster: "THIS IS DISGRACEFUL SOCIALISM AND WILL RUIN BUSINESS IN SL"

'The falling Linden equals no new content being made' is only part of the quote. the rest is 'by people who feel they have to make cash. Those who enjoy it won't be affected.'

I am so sorry to disagree with you. I have a real life job that makes a lot more good money that anything that I can do in SL.

The point all of you "creative" types are missing is that SL is a game to me and nothing more. I support Second life by my $17 a month payment to Linden Labs. Yes "creative" types, it takes real money to run the servers!

Not satisfied with the Communist Paradise of Second Life, they are trying to force us to post messages for nothing but the satisfaction of a point well made?

Let me be the one to introduce you to our nice friend Sarcasm. He is a friend of Satire. Sometimes he tends to make rather weird statements but once you get to know him better he's a quite nice fellow.

My suggestion for residents is to buy objects through "slexchange". Hope I did not mis spell that too badly. This way the producer and distributer get real money (They take pay pal) and the user goes not have to bother with play money. There are no extra costs for changing money and they do a nice job on delivering the goods! Prices are also stable with these transactions. This way all parties are happy!

It is a win/win for all concerned and will "affect" the Linden.

The point wasn't really to spark up new comments / discussions about the economy, but to have a good laugh at some of the most over used cliches that can be found there.
