LL can send a cheque or money order also I believe. Read the 'withdrawal' page for your full options. (Possibly wire transfer is another option - but I imagine there's big fees.)

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way with credit cards. Depending on the merchant account rules, they can generally only issue a credit on an existing transaction, and not for more than the amount of the transaction - it varies. This means you would have had to buy something, and then get a credit back on that item. They can't just blindly issue credits to a credit card for the most part.
Honestly, if you had Paypal and a Paypal debit card (which is free), the fastest way would be to have it paid to Paypal, then to pay your credit card bill with your Paypal debit card (since you can pay most credit card bills with a credit card). At most this process would take a day - lately from Lindex I have received Paypal payments within a few hours. The Paypal debit card is great to have - you can use it anywhere you can use a Mastercard, and it gives you instant access to the funds in your Paypal account.
