Who is debating? We are trying to help you by pointing out that you can't go around quoting quotes or naming names! He is an asshat for making fun of her, but if you get a forced vacation its not gunna bother him is it now, just makes him easier for him to get to her!

I am sorry for you and your gfriend's experience, but unfortunately the forums are not the best place to vent, unless you are willing to except everyone's opinions. And by naming names, you unfortunately do put yourself at risk.

As for Linden Labs - they are in no position to do anything to the offender. In RL if someone laughs at you for whatever reason, you can't run to the law and say - do something. The world - both real and virtual - is filled with insensitivity, and we have to be stronger. It still hurts though and you have every right to be saddened. But you cannot expect anyone else to do something about it.

To me the most unfortunate part of all of this is that such personal information about your gf was available in the first place.

Strength to both of you.

Now that the above person has said part of what I was going to say, let me say the other half:

I don't know you, your girlfriend, or the accused party. I don't know if your telling the truth or not, I don't know if your an alt or troll tying to stir trouble up. I don't know what good, even if true, airing your grievence with him will do.

And simply, you have no way to prove any of it to me. Anything you post could be a lie, and I would have no way of knowing it.

And finally, a simple method for remving converstions you don't like from SL: Mute the annoying bugger. Mute is not just a shiny button, it's something you can use to stop crap like this from effecting you.

Your best move would be to delete his name from your posts, so you dont get suspended, it would surely be better if you were with your gilfriend, and you and your girlfriend mute the offending party.
