I'm lost on this one. At my store these three boxes disappeared. I put three new ones up and then there was 6 there (other 3 reappeared). So I took the extra three down and now the other 3 I left up are gone again. I haven't even touched them. Are there ghosts at my store now? Is this something weird with the server or something? It's getting really annoying.

Are you viewing them from far away or close up? Sometimes I've placed stuff from a distance and they didn't show up until I got closer.
If that's not it, you may be having asset server problems of some sort, I've seen a lot of that in the last few days.

I've had all sorts of things disappear recently. Relog and they're back again.
Whole linked sections of buildings never appear you can even fly and mouse through the holes. It seems to happen mostly to locked prims but it could be coincidence becuase I lock almost everything.
Now I don't panic any more when it happens, just relog.
Always file a bug report when stuff like this happens.

Ask Salazar Jack, I'm sure hell concur that there are indeed ghosts in the grid.
The ghosts of Ancients, who couldnt escape the Great Erase.
