Is Wind gone? or am I confused?

A couple of weeks ago, as a n00b, I stumbled across Wind and a neat castle. I now can't find it again. Is it gone? Has it moved? Am I just confused about what I saw where? I remember it being hard to fly.

Thanks!

I am often puzzled by the wind. I adjust me trees and come back and thay are groping visitors and then suddenly standing upright and proud. I think they drink alot of rum.

The wind whispers too...if you care to listen.

I've distinctly heard it whisper 'Mary'.

Estates have been coming and going for the past several months. Housing rental estates tend to remain, project and truly private getaways seem to last six to eight weeks. I suppose the difference is that rentals recoup the cost while the others quickly become an extravagant burden to the owners.

People seem to not think twice about spending $800 to set up an recycled estate sim, shelling out another $400 to maintain it a couple of months, then selling it for $700 and consider the whole experience sort of an affordable vacation.

Wind was pretty and nice to wander through. It'll be a shame if it's gone already.

Archive sim!

Sort of like "the internet is writ in sand" taken to the next level.

What SL needs is an Archive sim, kind of like the Internet Wayback Machine, that just runs old builds that people can't maintain any more. Using something like rez-foo and a land measurement-rebuilding tool, so when you tier down you can drop a box on Archive and then people can come and get it rezzed on request for an hour or two.

This could even be resident-scripted and maintained...
