Nope, this isn't spam. But I just received an auto response from LL about a question I sent to technical support. It said: From: someone Dear Second Life Resident:
Thank you for contacting Second Life Technical Support. Your question regarding ***SPAM*** RE: Community Standards Question has been received. Inquiries received during working hours will likely receive a very quick response; inquiries received after hours or on the weekend might have a wait a bit longer, probably until the next business day. Note the bold/italic part there. Sure, it's no big deal. But I was curious, does this (the spam part) show up on all auto-responses? Or did I somehow give the wrong impression with the "RE:" or something else? The only thing that was in the subject line was the "RE: Community Standards Question" bit. And before anyone asks: NO, my email to them has nothing to do with you know what!

I've never seen that in response to my queries in the past. It sounds like you have something parsing your emails as they arrive, to check for spam.

Well I definitely have a spam blocker (which is useful about 50% of the time, heh), but the auto response wasn't sent to the spam folder. It arrived in my Inbox just fine. I hope that doesn't mean that LL's spam filters tag my query as spam. Gah! Thanks for the reply.

Hmmm, I wonder; if LL has spam blockers on their support accounts, that might explain why many queries go unanswered!

Ugh, might be Flipper! Guess I'll give it a few days and hope for the best. Though if Moonshine has that nailed down as being a spam assasin thing, I'm not holding my breath. Thanks guys!

Easiest way to fix this for LL IMO would be to whitelist all mails containing SL last names.
